Interim Management

Interim managers are often used in crisis management or to restructure a part of a company, also to bridge personnel shortages and vacancies. Interim managers in crisis management are also often seen as the “fire department” of the management, who take over an often unwelcome restructuring or even the closure and liquidation of a company (so-called dirty jobs).

More recently, interim managers have been increasingly used in the context of project work when the respective company’s own capacities or project management know-how are not sufficient. The same applies to special topics for which a company does not need to maintain capacities on a permanent basis. Tivaris provides support primarily in the financial services, retail, logistics, software and service sectors.
